There are two green elastic bands with hook and loop attachments in each pack. The bands are about 14 inches long and about 2 inches wide. The two bands can be connected to each other to make a longer reflective band. The bands should each wrap around an object that is 12 to 18 inches in diameter due to the elasticity of the band.
